  • Yes absolutely! All classes are £6 and gym sessions £8.50 for pay as you go customers and you can also book squash courts or the sports hall without being a member.

  • We sure do. Head over to our dedicated page for all the information you need on hiring a sports facility in St Austell.

  • Our centre is next to St Austell Rugby Club. We have our own free car park. Find us on the map.

  • Yes and we’re the only gym in St Austell to offer free parking at any time of day. We have lots of spaces and we’re just out of town - very easy to get to. Find us on the map.

  • We charge £10 per court per 45 minute session. And we’re the only squash court in St Austell. Book here.

  • No way! We have specialist classes for people aged over 50 with lower impact, lower intensity sessions and plenty of guidance to keep you safe. We run two classes for the over 50s on Mondays and Thursdays at 10-11am. We will show you around the gym and give you a full induction.   • You are welcome to book a court with a friend (£8.50 per court per 45 minute session) or, if you’re looking to meet other players, there’s a sign-up sheet outside the court where you can add your name and players can contact each other to set up games.

  • Yes! We can lay on a great party for children (and adults!) with a range of activities in the sports hall such as football, archery and games and we’re happy to arrange catering or work with your own catering provider or your home-cooked food. Please contact us to discuss on 01726 76300.

  • Yes we do but they are run by a club and the timetable is not fixed. Keep an eye on our Facebook page to get the latest info.

  • Yes we have classes on every Tuesday from 8pm to 9.30pm and everyone is welcome - beginners and experienced alike. To find out more and to book please visit Flow Martial Arts.

  • We have a weekly netball league every Wednesday from 8pm to 10pm and new members are always welcome - even if you haven’t played since school!

    To sign up, you will need to visit Play Netball and register. Do not pay any fees until the organisers have contacted you. You will be placed into a team and then advised of the fees.

  • We offer two types of membership: Prestige which gives free access to the fitness suite and weights room; and Prestige+ for free access to the fitness suite, weights room and all classes. We also offer family memberships. To make savings, you only need to attend the centre four times in a month. There’s no joining fee or tie-ins, cancel any time. Find out more.
